Having been an IT Manager of a diverse and talented team of IT technicians with a large national healthcare corporation, I've helped the enterprise successfully implement multiple migration projects encompassing our data center, network circuits, VMware servers, VOIP phone systems, EHR (Electronic Healthcare Records) systems, clinical applications, corporate web sites, and several additional clinical applications. Under my leadership, the company’s IT department also saw a 350% improvement for resolution of help desk issues.Custom software and reporting solutions saved the organization $2M annually in licensing fees and vendor support. Realized another $140K annual savings by renegotiating a select few vendor contracts. Before that, I was a Software Engineer responsible for designing and programming custom computer software solutions, databases, and websites for a variety of businesses.
