Technical Authority and team leader for ground and space based CCD image sensor projects as the primary customer technical liaison, ensuring that quality is maintained whilst customer requirements are met and products delivered in a timely manner.

Interaction with users from professional, research and educational backgrounds, dealing with pre and post-sale contexts, covering training courses, technical demonstrations, web conferences, model analysis, optimisation, licensing, IT support, consultancy, script creation (for users and to aid in our own processes) and often to discuss directly with users how we may provide for their applications. When not occupied with user requests, working on projects to create tools and abilities to further the software.
