Job scope and responsibility:- Manage and ensure timely, accurate year end closing- Review and perform analysis of financial statements and management reports- Review & coordinate subordinates workload through two way communication- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance to the statutory requirements- Prepare forecast and budget cashflow including weekly live analysis- Handle finance daily operations including liaise with various internal & external parties on finance matters- Responsible for monthly payroll processing- Prepare yearly EA form and employer tax filling- To handle payments, collections including preparation of monthly reconciliation- Reconciliation of Related Parties Transaction- Ad-hoc task assigned by Director as and when needed

Job scope and responsibility:- Manage and ensure timely, accurate month end closing and year end closing - Review and perform analysis of financial statements and management reports to HQ in Singapore and investors- Review & coordinate subordinates workload through two way communication- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance to the statutory requirements- Prepare monthly actual, forecast and budget cashflow including analysis- Support in preparation of budget and forecast- Handle finance daily operations including liaise with various internal & external parties on finance matters- Handle Account & Payroll Software Migration and Transitional Periods
