Achieved by providing due diligence, gathering key financial data, lead a presentation and arranged meeting between the bank and client and a tour of their business premises. Following agreement supported legal completion of the deal working with US and UK lawyers. • Obtained tax advice and collaborated with company administrators, lawyers and accountants to support the ‘de-enveloping process’, in response to UK tax laws of 2013 that introduced punitive measures on purchasing & holding UK property through an offshore structure. • Supported the owner of a property and aircraft maintenance business in turning around over 5 years of poorly managed financial records. Recruited new in-house accountant and over 5 months brought all records up to date and installed a new accounting system. • Advised a client on an investment opportunity, including obtaining due diligence on the organisation he intended to invest in, working with the company to understand requirements and forecasts and negotiating the terms of the client’s involvement with the company. The client made an investment of $750k with a anticipated ROI of 5-6x over 2 years.

Responsible for developing and promoting the service, recruitment, management, monitoring and wealth management. • Successfully established the business, recruited a strong team of private bankers and developed a significant client base. Overcame internal challenges including an antiquated and siloed operating structure and communication difficulties through developing relationships and rapport.
