Tasked with rejuvenating the Open food counter operations at Sainsburys, my team worked with clear targets and objectives to achieve a 3% LFL growth p.a. I specifically was responsible for 22 stores in the Northwest/North Wales region generating turnover of circa £22m.This was achieved by re-branding, retraining, new products & NPD, a Clear strategy with meaningful goals & targets, new POS and clear engagement tools for colleagues.

My team were tasked with reporting internal compliance directly to the Senior board on a monthly basis.
