Being billingual in both English and Mandarin, I have built up a considerable reputation as a Headmaster who is not only able to manage a school with a fantastic academic record, but also propel a school on to the world stage, developing school to school connections around the world, signing ex professional atheletes and using advanced Edtech to launch the first fully gamified school in Asia . For those of you that understand the sentence "I love data", it is easy to see why a Headmaster would be interested in Gamification and the information that it can provide. I have personally lead the introduction of Green technology at GPIA, providing Clean energy and water, in addition to gaining certification from the American 'Green School Alliance'. I previously oversaw the development and construction of the first school offering the British Curriculum Alevels, in Anhui. I have been instrumental in bringing Cambridge International Education to Bozhou, in addition to being involved in raising over 3.2m GBP in capital for construction and development of the international school.Additional Projects: Anhui Cultural Education & Teaching program- www.ACET.asia - In association with the Anhui provincial government department of Human Resource, The ACET program was modelled after the highly successful JET / EPIK programs of other Asian countries. ACET was initially aimed at increasing the educational standards in lesser developed cities of Anhui as well as increasing safety and peace of mind of teachers.
