14th Oct - present: Working at Eli Lilly in Limerick. HLCs on FCUs & SATs on AHUs and Extract Units...so far.9th Apr - 11th Oct: Worked on MSD site in Carlow (Rathgall / Carlow 3). Commissioned (HLCs & SATs) Air Handlers, CROFCU's, FCU's & various equipment and panels on QBMS and nQBMS systems.

BAM/PPK2/Google/Kyron – QAQC on fuel oil systems, sprinkler systems and gen. sets.Inspecting the above mentioned systems against their P&ID’s and other associated documents for completion (pre yellow tagging) raising snags/punches wherever necessary. Once all snags are closed then invite the client and associated parties on a yellow tag walk which once complete and approved allows the system to begin its next phase (blue tagging). MACE/CLN3/Facebook/AIMTEQ – Commissioning of one AHU, five DPU’s and their associated extras for the admin area of the data centre.Performing W1 and W2 walks on the above mentioned equipment and ensuring the associated documentation and scripts were all complete and signed. Signing over sensors, actuators, etc. to other contractors to install them and inspecting on completion. Point to point and hot loop checking via the BMS system (Tridium Niagara 4).COLLEN/DUB09/10/12/Microsoft/JCI – Commissioning of 288 AHU’s.Commissioning AHU’s in DUB 09 and 10 as part of a team of engineers and electricians. Hot loop checking via the BMS system (Metasys). Performing pre SAT’s and running up the AHU’s during heat load testing.Ashdown Controls - PPM work of functioning sites.Travelling to sites (primarily around Dublin) and completing PPM checks/checklists to ensure full efficient function of plant room / roof top equipment (boilers, AHU's, chillers, etc.) and making recommendations based on findings.
