My passion for film & photography started over 20 years ago and it's been an incredible journey so far.My career began in early 2000 when I ventured into film editing with the Cutting Edge. I quickly discovered that I had a knack for shaping narratives and bringing stories to life through the art of editing. The recognition and praise I received fueled my ambition to explore more aspects of filmmaking.As I delved deeper into the craft, I realized that I wanted to be involved in every step of the filmmaking process. I yearned to shape the visual narrative from its inception to its final form on the screen. This motivated me to learn and develop my skill set further. Everything that I do is self taught. There's no better teacher than the mistakes you make on your own. Directing and filming became a natural progression for me and being an editor first is what I believe makes me more effective and efficient. I also enjoy the color grading process and have recently moved most of my work flow though to Da Vinci ResolveThroughout my career, I have been fortunate to work on a diverse range of film projects, from independent gems to big-budget productions. Each project has shaped me and taught me valuable lessons about storytelling and the human experience.Beyond the silver screen, photography has been a constant passion of mine. Through my lens, I capture the beauty of landscapes, the essence of candid moments, and the emotions of everyday life. Photography serves as a medium for me to express my artistic vision outside the realm of moving pictures.As the years pass, my journey continues to be one of learning and growth. I thrive on pushing my creative boundaries and embracing new challenges. The love for my craft drives me to explore new horizons and constantly better myself.Looking back on these 23 years, I am grateful for the opportunities that have shaped me into the person I am today.
