Provides courtesy inspections and reviews movement plans for Warrior Transition Brigade to validate transportation requirements, transportability and accuracy of movement data. Provides technical assistance to unit personnel in preparation of vehicles and proper documentation for all modes of transportation. Advises and assists unit commanders in the preparation, maintenance, and execution of movement’s plans, unit movement data reports and assists in interpretation and validation of data. Evaluates unit(s) performance and presents observations and recommendations for corrective action. Maintains liaison with local agencies and to ensure transportation management activities are efficient and effective. In addition responsible for COR duties for movement contract.

Responsibilities included Management accountability and validation for over $89 million dollars of Purchase request and commitment and Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOCAP) projects and processing and validating and administering over 500 Financial Liability Investigation of property loss Statements for four brigade combat teams, one aviation brigade, and three separate battalions using all appropriated regulations . Developed and maintained a excel database in SharePoint for the Division G4 for units to follow the progress of ongoing projects that are under current review for the Defense Acquisition Review Board (DARB) process and Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL) accountability. Help design and plan can coordinate the first LOCAP procurement workshop for units and base Mayors to help understand the process the LOGCAP III, providing examples of Statement of Work and diverse memorandums.
