Work with a ticket system submitted by store managers and associates. •Call stores to investigate technical issue. •Travel to stores location to repair issue or replace components.•Track progress on services on the service ticket and order replacement parts for used materials•Track and monitor logistics for parts ordering, and stock replenishment. •Company vehicle is used for travel and services, sole responsibility of tech.•Use of company credit card and transaction tracking.•Working with hardware as well as software applications to preform troubleshooting tasks. •Using VPN for in store modem, router, and server support. •Use of jumpserver to access store systems and troubleshooting. •Repair, install and replace: Printers, network routers, servers, CAT-5 patches, HP workstations, AS400, DVR CCTV, Bosch and Ademco Security Systems, Checkpoint Gates, Network Phones, Fax machines, PC builds and re-imaging, Coaxial and CAT-5 repair.

Answer Phone calls when people have problems with Peterson’s study products.•Reply to emails from customers’ complaints and issues.•Answer incoming calls from customers interested in Peterson’s study products, resume services, and academic essay editing.; Maintains aircraft armament/missile systems to include electrical, electronic components, subsystems and pneudraulics according to technical manuals, directives and safety procedures.•Performs maintenance, authorized modifications and alignment on aircraft weapon components, fire control units, and sighting elements, electronic and mechanical devices. •Performs operational checks, ammunition loading/unloading and weapon subsystems configuration changes for all aircraft fire control systems. •Test/troubleshoots and repairs test sets and diagnostic equipment. Requisitions and maintains shop and bench stock for repair of aircraft armament/missile systems. Maintains facilities for storage of weapons, ammunition and weapons cleaning equipment and supplies. •Uses and performs operator maintenance on common and special tools.
