Provide godly counsel and religious services for inmates housed at the Maryville Treatment Center. Coordinate religious services and oversee volunteers providing studies and worship services.

Member of FCRT through the Florida Attorney General's Office. This is a volunteer position responding to traumatic events and crisis events for first responders and the public.

RDBHAT is an assessment team that is dispatched through the Florida Department of Public Health in response to a crisis event that would most likely result in the need for trauma responders who would provide psychological first aid to survivors/victims.

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Chaplain's Office. Oversee multiple staff providing diverse ministry to inmates and staff in a large county jail setting. Oversee 175 + religious volunteers coordinating 75+ religious services each week for 3000+ inmates. These services represent many different faith groups. Provide a connection to the community visiting Churches within the community who support ministries at the jail.

Provide personal, social, vocational, family and group counseling on a regular basis as well as on as-needed basis to all offenders on my caseload.Develop treatment plans and case plans for offenders on my caseload during classification process. Maintain detailed records of each offender’s participation in treatment and their progress while incarcerated. Participate as a CCF Lodge Team member providing input and feedback on Unit Management issues. Plan and Facilitate Victim Impact Panel/Classes for offenders as well as recruit volunteers and workers. Coordinator for Staff Victimization and Support Services. Field Training OfficerFire Chief for Campus Fire Department Involved in institutional committees/assignments as directed.

Counseled inmates, residents, and staff to assist them in life’s daily issues. Scheduled, coordinated and supervised the religious services provided at Clarinda Correctional Facility (CCF) and the Clarinda Treatment Complex (CTC) for persons of diverse faiths, affording them time to worship and study. Prepared and presented inmate orientation for newly assigned offenders at CCF, to familiarize them of the types of religious services available. Advising them of the CCF rules and policies related to these services. Maintained the requisite records of participation in and the use of the services offered. Dealt quickly and fairly with disciplinary issues that may arise.
