I am a senior professional having 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, Risk Management, Business Development and Client Management within banking, payments, finance, insolvency and recruitment sectors.However, for almost 8 years now I have worked within the apprenticeship sector having held positions within Business Development, Account/Client Management and Operations/Delivery Management covering IT & Digital, Leadership & Management and Construction programmes ranging from level 2 – level 7. I have vast experience working with Levy organisations having brought on, managed and overseen some of the UKs biggest organisations fulfilling their apprenticeship requirements.I am client focused, process and results driven to provide the ultimate experience and successful learner journey to ensure timely completion of the apprenticeship programme.With my experience in various roles over my 28 years I am able to call upon this knowledge and transferable skill-set to adapt to any new challenge, industry, client, sector or process.I am also a proficient communicator having many years of experience speaking and presenting to key internal and external stakeholders at Director and Partner level.
