With a wealth of production and operations experience, my role at Lesniak Swann is to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of all the work we produce through the internal departments and suppliers; accurate costing, scheduling and delivery are keywords here.

With a background working with some of the largest retail businesses in the UK, including Argos, Homebase, Avon, Currys and Wilko together with a number of well-known B2B clients such as Brakes Foods, my experience has been focused on ensuring the smooth delivery of above and below the line advertising and catalogues to the most stringently controlled schedules and budgets. With a keen eye for detail, a creatively angled analytical mind-set and a passion that puts the quality of our clients’ product first, I have a reputation for delivering quality results based on due-diligence and pro-active solutions.In addition to working internally, I have been actively involved within various clients' businesses through their invitation to help deliver workflows and processes to improve quality, speed to market and cost reduction.

As well as my Operations duties, I also looked after Fourninety's Leeds photography studios and photographers. I managed the booking of models and stylists, the allocation of work, the maintenance of the kit, the daily health and safety of the studio and the quality standards of the work produced. The job as a whole was made easy by the amazing photographers working at Fourninety.

As Operations Controller I looked after how Fourninety worked as a business internally and how that would help our clients both new and old. This included ensuring Quality Assurance standards were maintained, how each of the departments communicated with one another, including briefing and checking work and what the cost structure of each department should be, especially important in a sector with competitive pricing and ever decreasing margins.For many of Fourninety's clients I helped develop new and innovative workflows that helped to reduce touch points and save costs whilst improving quality assurance standards.

As Production Controller I managed the production department as well as my own allocation of clients. As a team we ensured the creative and artwork were to the right standards, ensured any photography was correct for final use and briefed the repro department. We also managed all the above and below the line requirements for our clients.

Recruited as head of production, managing their above and below the line accounts. I later took on the role of creative services manager too, looking after the creative and artwork departments. Clients included Coalite.

My first job after leaving school was working at this mid-size advertising agency as a print buyer trainee. Within a year I was head of the department. After merging with the production department my role changed to production, looking after above and below the line advertising, covering everything from Yellow Pages ads, local and national press advertising, stationery, brochures, POS and outdoor advertising, together with a spot of radio advertising. Before leaving I was head of production for their design studio off-shoot, Satchel, looking after Yorkshire Bank, Lambson Chemicals and a plethora of design-led clients. Roles included account management in addition to my production duties.
