I was brought in on a fixed term contract, in order to help complete the development cycle and deliver an expanded & upgraded Analytics system for Vacancysoft's customers.Key Achievements- Managed the delivery of a new & upgraded Analytics system with tight budget and time constraints.- Prepared a comprehensive development plan for future features and expansions of the Analytics system.Key Responsibilities- Managing a team of developers throught the development cycle of the upgraded Analytics environment.- Setting, managing and meeting expectations of multiple stakeholder parties.- Creating training materials & conducting in depth trainings for internal parties & external clients of Vacancysoft.- Managing & creating monthly data driven market reports for PR purposes.
