Richard worked as an Auto and Property Business Consultant supporting the USAA "Get" insurance experience. In this role, Richard was responsible for the improvement and compliance of end-to-end processes; allowing the member service representatives executing the processes to fulfill the USAA mission for its members.

Richard served as a Strategy and Planning Advisor for BIS Insurance. In this role he was responsible for compiling and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns from a multitude of sources, supporting stake holders in developing actionable solutions. Richard planed, coordinated, and created organizational/ executive reviews of business KPI’s in addition to other necessary updates to “Run the Business”.
