My name is Ryan Jeffrey. I am a recent graduate of Elon University and currently work at Massachusetts General Hospital on the Cell Therapy Team as a clinical research associate. I majored in Public Health with minors in Biology, Communications, and Political Science. I seek to work for organizations involving healthcare or biological research as well as outreach programs and initiatives in the public health sector involving disease and/or prevention. I would love the opportunity to help communicate important health information to people and help to make this type of access easier. I am especially looking for research opportunities that will help to improve the quality of life and overall health of different groups. Ideally, by fostering successful initiatives or researching pharmaceuticals and different treatments. My background in research is expansive. I am effective across different areas of research including different types of cancer, HIV, racial and ethnic disparities in healthcare, and access to healthcare. I have worked in a vast amount of areas in the healthcare system including cancer research, the health department, pharmaceuticals, clinical care, disease prevention, EMS, and memory care at a senior living community.
