Board level director and shareholder with overall responsibility for the commercial elements of the UK’s most forward thinking Logistics provider

• Overall Operating and Sales cost centre management of a team of 23 covering the East Midlands: 6 Senior Account Managers, 6 Account Managers & 8 operational / administrative support staff. Responsible for over £12 million of annual turnover • Responsible for all aspects sales management; including setting yearly branch budgets, individual sales and activity plans and the day to day management of these plans.• Responsible for implementing and managing Branch and customer operational processes.• Assisted the development, delivery and training of company sales structure• Responsible for leading the acquisition of all major opportunities. Senior contact for the key customers within the Branch’s region.
