Key accountabilities:• As part of the senior management team (SMT), contribute to strategic development • Implementation of strategic plans within the members services teams• Lead and line manage the Events, CPD, Product and Ethics teams• Manage and grow BACP’s commercial activities• Nurture and manage relationships with key external suppliers, partners and stakeholders• Collection, analysis and presentation of key performance data to SMT and trustees.Key successes included:• Established a centralised product development team focused specifically on growing BACP’s commercial activities• Project managed the tender and implementation of a new Learner Management System (LMS)• Significantly increased member access to events content through the development of sophisticated hybrid events.• Significantly increased the volume and quality of member resources through the development of the BACP ‘CPD Learning Hub’ hosted on the LMS, including paid-for and free content• Redeployed the Ethics team to focus on developing online resources (opposed to a telephone helpline), improving access and member value.• Outsourced journal advertising to external partner and successfully managed this relationship and grew advertising opportunities
