With over 20 years of experience in the AEC / IT field, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can handle various technical tasks and challenges. I have a passion for learning new technologies and applying them to solve problems and improve efficiency. I have a background in computer technology, CAD drafting, and architectural, mechanical & electrical design, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set in the AEC / IT industry.In my most recent role as a Field Technician at Essintial Enterprise Solutions, I was the on-site lead tech for a POS upgrade project in Pizza Hut restaurants in and around St. Louis. I installed and configured new registers, firewalls, scanners, printers, and credit card devices, and trained the store employees and help desk team to use them. Previously, I was the IT Manager at Discount Smoke Shop, where I was responsible for a companywide technology upgrade that involved installing new servers, POS, surveillance systems, PCs, and website. I also designed a new logo for the company and implemented a help desk ticketing system. In both roles, I demonstrated my skills in help desk support, windows networking, electrical drafting, and CAD software. I am proud of my achievements and contributions to the success and growth of these organizations.
