I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management with a passion for understanding the global economy and its impact on society. My interest stems from my curiosity about the forces that shape our world. I saw this firsthand growing up in New York City.Aside from my academic pursuits, I am also an avid chess player and have competed in numerous tournaments both locally and nationally. Playing chess has taught me valuable skills such as strategic thinking, patience, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. These skills have not only helped me on the chessboard but also in my academic and personal life. The game has also allowed me to gain valuable organizational and financial management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with a functional team through my role as the club treasurer and now President. Our organization has undergone remarkable growth this year, and my contributions have played a significant role in this.In addition to playing chess, I am also actively involved in various student organizations on campus that gives me a chance to practice critical skills in Business and apply what I am learning in class. These organizations have allowed me to explore my interests and connect with other students who share similar passions.
