I am the operations manager overseeing 24 staff in the environmental site investigation and remediation group quartered Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure's office in Blue Bell, PA. In addition, I serve as the point-of-contact and overall project leader with large corporate clients. I am responsible for service delivery and quality assurance on all projects. I identify and pursue new project leads, prepare proposals, plan and implement the project, and collect fees. As the principal-in-charge of several projects with major clients under alliance or master service agreements, I delegate day-to-day project management to more junior staff, provide supervision and oversight of their technical execution. My technical responsibilities are in the area of site investigations, remedyconceptualization, and remedy implementation. I principal responsibility for planning and scoping, technical data and engineering analysis, and technical presentation. Technical analyses include analytical modeling, groundwater flow analysis, contaminant mass balance and flux calculations, stochiometric calculations, and predictions of contaminant fate and transport. I have implemented in situ remediation including chemical oxidation, aerobic biologic degradation using oxygen enhancing compounds, anaerobic biologic degradation by application of high carbon substrates, soil vapor extraction, and bio-venting. I am currently working on resistive heating in situ thermal treatment ex situ thermal enhanced soil treatment. In addition, I have considerable experience in more common remedial technologies such as excavation and removal, cover/cap, and groundwater extraction and treatment.Specialties: Groundwater hydraulics, site conceptual model, in situ and ex situ remediation systems, remedial construction site investigation, vapor intrusion evaluation , indoor air quality.
