I have worked in real estate development in Norfolk since 2011. As Managing Director of Kent Magill I have overseen all of our projects through planning, design, development and marketing. I am proud to say we have assembled a team of highy skilled and effective consultants who have grown with us and enabled us to create internal rates of return in excess of 40% up to over 200%. We have specific experience of change of use from commercial to residential. Our ongoing projects are all in and around Norwich, converting city centre commercial building that are no longer fit for purpose to residential space. We are aware of the need to reduce our impact on the planet and believe using old buildings and materials to create new space goes some way to reducing this impact. We are constantly looking for new opportunities in our area of expertise.
