• Key contributor to successful introduction of new interchangeable turret technology through the installation and commissioning of FETTE 3090i rotary tablet press involved in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Instrumentation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ) and Process Qualification (PQ). This project resulted in a 37.5% reduction in downtime.• Integral member of a cross functional team involving Engineering, Validation, Quality and the manufacturing vendors to evaluate the Fette removable turret technology and compare with equivalent Korsch technology. This project had a budget of 1.6 million euro. • Successfully achieved Subject Matter Expert (SME) status for o Tabletting Compression Processo Fette Maintenance and Calibrationo Compression Toolingo 5S• Integral part of Method 4/ Lean technology team in the determination of Takt time and Kan ban levels in Compression.• Designed and wrote Preventative Maintenance Schedule, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP,s) and Spares List for the Fette 3090i press and also introduced Checklist to ensure best practices during set up to reduce downtime. • Key contributor in reducing the number of measurements of tooling to agreed critical points. This project required coordination with QA and Validation which reduced the number of hours required pre tool set from 16hrs to 4hrs.• Demonstrated unique on line hardness testing for assessing the Fette press in compression production area. This had the capability of eliminating all manual off line hardness testing.• Successfully trained in Granulation 2nd unit operation which included Granulating,Fluid Bed Drying and Milling.

• Experiential learning in aircraft engine sale team for 12 months in which time I received an award in recognition of first on time sales delivery of aircraft and engines to 3rd party buyers.• Completed Aircraft Apprenticeship which included maintenance, overhaul, repair, servicing, fuelling and departing aircraft of various typeset 737, 747, 757, 767, airbuses and Concorde.• Worked in the Concorde Heavy Maintenance hangar for 8 years carrying out maintenance and services which ranged from overnight stops to a 7 month major overhaul which included ;o Structural repairs and modificationso Structures and component upgradeso Hydraulic and composite repairs and modificationso Cabin upgrades and modificationso Refuelling and departures from Term 4o Integral part of engineering away team for crew training and test flights after maintenanceo Fuel tank Kevlar modifications
