• Managing 16 sales outlets over West and South Yorkshire (solely responsible for 9 developments).• Manage and support a team of 16 Sales Advisors/Trainee Sales Advisors, being responsible for managing all ongoing development and training for the team.• Conduct initial interviews for all future Sales Advisors/Trainee Sales Advisors.• Liaising with Financial Advisors, Solicitors, Legal Department and the Sales Team to facilitate over 600 legal completions.• Providing ongoing reports and updates to both my Sales Director and Managing Director.• Provide/assist in completing Land reports, Board reports, Marketing reports /schedules and ongoing sales progress.• Managing incentives and providing Part Exchange offers whilst ensuring maximum revenue for the company.• Arranging and approving new sales releases. • Responsible for opening new outlets, arranging sales literature, setting up of the sales area and sales office and arranging interior design and landscaping to the showhome(s).• Managing the ongoing presentation of signage (both on and off site), show homes, landscaping, stock plots and Sales Advisor personal presentation.
