All staff involved in radio equipment sales have some form of technical training and have an excellent overview of equipment capabilities and/or limitations. After market radio accessories and rental/leasing options can also be catered for.SERVICE CENTRETelechnics is centrally located in Auburn, Sydney with a modern fully fitted out workshop and installation area. The workshop, comprising four independent workstations has an array of modern test equipment designed specifically for RF use. Models from General Dynamics, I.F.R, Marconi and Rhode and Schwartz are in service. The spare parts storage system incorporates Dexion and B.A.C parts cabinets and racking. These compact storage solutions enable Telechnics to keep in stock a wide range of spare parts and accessories – to assist with the speedy turnaround of radio repairs.The installation/service bay is separate to the workshop and utilises its own workbench and equipment. A six-metre high roller shutter allows for high vehicle access to the bay area. Telechnics dedicated service vehicles also allow for field service and on-site installation facilities.
