Learnt from the best.Followed my opportunities in Unilever for the next 21 years across Asia, Africa, Middle East and the Americas, focusing on the world of Personal Care... bar soaps, liquid soaps, lotions, oils, shampoos, face creams, face washes, body lotions, jellies, serums, face masks, hand masks... you name it I've launched it. And then some.Tremendously enjoyed driving new world levels of growth on 'old world' (100+ years old) brands, taking legendary brands such as Vaseline, Lifebuoy, Pond's & Lux boldly into the future.Along the way experienced the thrill of building a Euro 100m in China from scratch primarily through e-commerce, while throwing away/re-writing the rule book that had helped me acheive success in other markets. Experienced first hand the emotional highs and challenging lows of consumers from Nairobi to Cairo to Mumbai to Delhi to Jakarta to Bangkok to Manila, in learning to better meet their needs.
