With over 40 years of experience as a Journeyman Steamfitter, I have extensive experience managing and coordinating industrial construction oil and gas projects and teams involved in the installation of new facilities and upgrading of existing plants.My responsibilities have included the management of project budgets and costs, fabrication of product, quality control, safety assurance, site inspection, materials and equipment handling, documentation and reporting functions. These activities often required working with senior management, personnel, contractors and clients to develop and implement strategies, processes and services with a direct quality, safety and service focus.I have excellent skills in establishing and developing strong interpersonal business relationships, pay particular attention to detail and perform efficiently within changing work environments and specified deadlines. As well, I have solid leadership, communication, organizational, time management, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. Some of my other personal strengths include thorough analytical problem-solving, negotiating, critical thinking and collaborative decision-making abilities.
