My responsibilities include Facilities Planning / Maintenance and Construction/Renovation/ Project Initiation and Execution to Completion for Baker Hughes International. I am an Internationally Certified and Licensed Facility Manager, Licensed Environmental Professional, Licensed Professional Contractor and Degreed in Architectural Design/Engineering. I promote and develop strategic leadership, cross functional team coordination and oversight to all facets of Program Planning and activities. My responsibilities include operational guidelines, human resource evaluations, oversight of Budget Planning, Budget Projections, Services Forecasting, Budget Preparation, Monthly Variance Analysis, and presentations to the Regional Vice-Presidents. I successfully provide a professional environment oriented to bringing together different groups with diverse and conflicting agendas and orchestrating a focused effort to achieve the defined objectives. The overall Facilities CAP-X and Operational budget for 2013 is $800 Million. My responsibilities include constant updates of the current years plan and implementing strategies as planned by the Vice President of Real Estate / Facilities. I have 30 years of experience in Facilities Management, Project Execution and Construction Management and am presently located in Houston, Texas. I am responsible for C-TPAT Compliance issues at each Facility.
