- Conducts inspections assessing the quality of maintenance performed by 2,700 60/349 Maintenance Group personnel on 58 aircraft across 3 mission design series. - Performs incident investigations, including ground mishaps for Maintenance Group Commander & Wing Inspection Team exercises implemented by Wing Commander. - Coordinates and develops data collection summaries & assessment program requirements to accurately capture maintenance trends. - Reviews Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) Not Time Inspection (OTI) & Engineering disposition requests for accuracy.

- Supervises Commander Support Staff for 307 Maintenance personnel, establishes/executes compliance for Squadrons information, personnel and industrial security program.- Leads 7 person team, manages 26 vital squadron programs, directs process for enlisted performance report, officer performance reports, decorations and Maintenance Group taskers; liaison to 60 Force Support Squadron.- Exercises control over all Security issues and initiates Periodic Reinvestigation, 100% valid clearances, investigations, Security Information Folder for 307 Squadron personnel.- Serves as the point of contact for the Wing Information Protection Office and Maintenance Group Security Manager on all all security management matters.
