I have recently taken up a new role within Royal Mail as the Lead Distribution at Warrington Mail Centre. Responsible for providing the tools and resource to continue to provide quality performance while improving efficiency throughout the operation through the use of data driven facts.I have previously held numerous roles within the operational pipeline to broaden my understanding of the internal supply chain required to deliver quality performance across numerous functions. I have a strong track record of achieving KPIs and being the lead for national business change initiatives. Comfortable with working within a group or alone I believe I have demonstrated the ability to improve performance while engaging with senior stakeholders within the business to further expand on my successes and use them as best practice in other sites.I have previously graduated from the University of Central Lancashire reading BA (Hons) International Business with Marketing gaining a 2:1, this covered areas such as Contemporary issues in Business, International Strategic Management and also Strategic Marketing.
