JWS Drylining Ltd act are a drylining sub-contractor targeting commercial contracts, and on occasions residential for main developers including; Tolent Construction, Speller Metcalfe, Henry W Pollards, Paragon to name a few. We carry out all dry lining works including metal stud partitioning and MF ceilings. We also complete screed flooring and external render works.I am responsible for the analysis of specifications, measuring drawings, producing estimates and take offs, applying labour and materials rates to these in order to completing tender submissions, applications for payments, live financial updates (financial reports) processing labour invoices.A key role is carrying out business negotiations for new contracts for developments starting and on additional phases. Liaising with main developer surveyors I am tasked with gathering information based on the expectations of each development, the estimated build period of each phase and how competitive our tender price is. Based on this information I will carry out analysis of our tender taking into consideration of potential risks and put forward to JWS Drylining Ltd Managing Director and feasible discounts and packages where we will be awarded the contract without jeopardising the company’s profit margins.Once awarded a new contract I complete the in house IT systems for orders, wages and booking out. These packages also allow us to monitor contract variations and helps managing budgets and ensuring everything is running at a profit.At present I am responsible of 8 live contracts ranging from £10,000.00 to over £1,500,000.00. I oversee all contract negotiations and variation orders and ensure that each development is running at a profit and monitor fixed term conditions.

Monitoring each colleague to ensure they are working to a high standard and ensure where costing is involved all quotations are accurate.At present I am responsible of 25-35 live contracts ranging from £25,000.00 to over £1,000,000.00. I oversee all contract negotiations and variation orders and ensure that each development is running at a profit and monitor fixed term conditions.

Working as part of team, it was our responsibility to communicate with candidates booking their theory tests throughout the UK and ensure they had all relevant information required to take the tests.We dealt with personal data and bank details in order to take payment.

Starting out within the internet recruitment office on a temporary contract to recruit personnel for the christmas period for all of the M&S stores throughout Britain. I was responsible for analysing applications and if the candidate was suitable I would book them into store interviews.I progressed from this role where I conducted telephone applications and interviews assessing the applicants suitability for available positions in stores and offices.
