• Responsible for the timekeeping of PPHC Employees• Check and finalize Daily Time Record of Altaserv employee per payroll period• Attends to the manpower needs and request of the project site• Ensure the implementation of Company Code of Conduct.• Ensures the maintenance and update of 201 file of employees.• Maintain and update Organizational chart and Job Descriptions.• Report to HR & Admin Officer if there’s any incident report.• Ensure that all Biometrics are properly working and secured• Supervise HR Timekeepers of South Site Projects regarding HR functions and other HR matters

HR PAYROLL TIMEKEEPER• Responsible in hiring, sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing competent and qualified project personnel.• File and ensure that 201 file of all employees are updated.• 100% implementation of ALTASERv as well as Phinma in house-rules and regulation• Attend to all Staffs and Workers concern concerning HR matters and the likes.• Ensure Zero “0” ghost employee• Ensure 100% verification of claimed overtime charges• Follow up or to ensure that payroll must be ahead or on time every 15th and 30th of the month.• Monitor the daily attendance of all ALTASERV Staffs and workers.• Report all accident and incident happened inside the site premises.• Attend weekly general toolbox meeting.• Check and ensure if the DTLR or Daily Time Labor Record of all Workers is properly aligned or properly charged to their respective cost code
