Richard has spent the last 11 years working for Tesco PLC at their head office in Cheshunt. Richard joined Tesco after graduating from University of Hertfordshire, from his masters Degree in International Business. Over the last four years at Tesco Richard has worked as a procurement co-ordinator for Household, HH LLT international, Petcare, H&B and Tesco Directs. Richard Is currently working in the promotions team for impulse.Richard has experience working in a busy supply chain environment with challenges to try and improve availability for customers and improve company KPI’s that he can directly influence. Richard is successful as working as part of a team and can turn his hand to any challenge that he is given.In addition Outside of work Richard is a regular volunteer with the Vintage Sports Car Club at their events where he won the David Payne award for most marshalling.Other activities that Richard regularly attend’s is the Monthly IGD lecture series that takes place on a series of development topics, such as leadership and innovation at Sainsbury’s head office.
