Responsible for leading a Design Engineering team and Product Configuration Team. Also responsible for representing all Panelboard plants for all new product development projects, interfacing with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Purchasing. This involves communication with our facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and overseas. I greatly enjoy working with our international team members.
