For over 20 years, I have been serving the United States Air Force and its people as a Human Resources Manager and a Non-Commissioned Officer. My mission is to provide efficient and effective personnel services to support the readiness and well-being of the airmen and their families.I have a strong operational knowledge of MS suite and other software tools, which I use to manage customer relationships and databases, as well as to perform various human resources functions, such as payroll, benefits, training, and performance management. I have developed and applied my problem-solving and communication skills in different settings and situations, working with diverse and dynamic teams. I am a dependable and organized team-player who brings a high level of attention to detail and professionalism to every project. I am also a lifelong outdoorsman who enjoys nature and adventure.
