Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage client relationship(s) and program details to ensure client requirements are meet to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and success for NTI in meeting client requirements• Coordinate efficiencies through the program identifying opportunities for continuous improvement• Manage all details of program from both internal and client perspective• Manage the intake and documentation of project documents through SharePoint and other specified programs• Gather all job details as required to ensure thorough understanding of requirements• Build solid relationships with clients, CS team members and NTI cross functional teams• Coordinate/development of appropriate scripts and stock emails for program/job requisitions• Relay project updates to both client and internal NTI teams• Communicate with candidates/employees during client specific hiring requirements or as necessary • Create ramp plans to manage client expectations and improve process with future clients• Lead project or program meetings to update staff on project updates or ideas while setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities• Be the subject matter expert on the position requirements and home office specifications
