Leading and managing World Vision's UK middle, major and corporate team.Creating the Major Gifts strategy, proposition, delivery and execution. In this role I work with a small team of Operations, Middle and Major Gift Fundraisers to deliver strategic income to the organisation.

In this role I am responsible for managing all Face to Face fundraising channels, including: Retail, Internal sales team, door to door; street fundraising; private sites and events; festivals and outbound telemarketing. - Strategic planning, both for external agency campaigns and in-house operations- Contract management & negotiation - Budget & team management- Relationship management with external agencies - Part of the Public Engagement Management Team
