As Deputy Program Manager for Accenture’s IRS ICCE Program, I was directly responsible for on-time, within budget and high-quality delivery of a $1 million per month task order. My specific responsibilities included the following: • Provided day-to-day guidance, leadership, and direction to team of 40 mixed-workforce resources.• Managed full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale application and infrastructure migration initiative for telephony-based automated customer contact systems.• Led team through planning, management, and execution of two transition efforts related to ICCE systems.• Led coordination and collaboration efforts across IRS and incoming contractor resources to ensure smooth and seamless transition of support services.• Interfaced with Accenture’s program management functions (e.g., Finance, Contracts, Legal, etc.) and IRS Senior Executives for project closeout activities and to ensure compliance across all aspects of the contract.

I provided leadership, direction and guidance to various teams and projects as a Senior Project Manager across the IRS Integrated Customer Contact Environment (ICCE) Program.• As project manager for the IRS Customer Contact Consolidation (CCC) project, I led team of 10 dedicated and 8-10 shared resources through full life-cycle delivery of a $10 million, multi-phased application and infrastructure refresh initiative for the IRS web- and telephony-based customer contact solutions.• As project manager for the IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number Real Time System (ITIN RTS), I led team of 8-10 senior mixed-workforce resources through delivery of multiple maintenance releases, cross-organization coordination for defect management, and managerial support for numerous infrastructure upgrades to development, test and production environments. • As Remote Site Manager for the ICCE Atlanta team, I was responsible for leading 4-5 resources through deployment, security certification, and post-production support for ICCE application releases.• Served as project manager and/or team lead for several other ICCE functions including Integrated Test Team, Program Management Office Lead, and Operations / Deployment Team Lead.

As a Technology Consultant, I led development and institutionalization of CMMi Level-3 based Configuration Management function providing version control for over 1 million lines of source code across development, test and production environments. I also directed client and firm personnel through creation, submission and maintenance of security certification documentation for telephony-based contact center solution. I managed Helpdesk functions responsible for end-user service request intake, creation and assignment of tickets to system engineers, and resolution tracking through closure. I developed an Oracle-based data migration solution for tracking “Year 2000” readiness.

I designed, developed, tested and implemented client-side and server-side data analytics solutions used by Pricing Analysts to set, evaluate and refine complex pricing strategies for purchasing various mortgage products across the primary lending market. I worked collaboratively with system engineers and business users to triage, prioritize and manage resolution for system defects from identification to closure. I developed a series of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, tools and methods used across end-user support functions, resulting in seamless and smooth transition upon resignation.
