CurrentSenior-level Enterprise Architect within Medical Devices & Diagnostics, Pharma, Consumer, and Corporate Sectors applying Design Thinking, Cognitive Complexity, Sense Making, and Decision Science principles. Provide Global Solution Architecture support for integration of Mergers and Acquisitions, and decoupling Divestitures. Ensure that new IT investments comply with agreed company global strategies and standards. Strong and broad knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as specific platforms, including factory systems (ex. CAMSTAR/OpCenter, Werum, LIMS/Labware, Empower, Wonderware) ERP, CRM, and web-platforms with on-premise and AWS/Azure/GCP private cloud hosting. Architecture, design, and development responsibilities for globally scalable, operationally sustainable IT infrastructure solutions, with subject matter expertise focused on Enterprise servers, database platforms, application servers, networking (WAN, LAN, isolated computing environments), virtualization, K8s, storage infrastructure (SAN, NAS and backup environments), and associated management software with continuously evolving hardware standards. Develop high-level system/functional specifications and identify the business requirements that drive them. This includes collaborating with business specialists/engineers, translating customer requirements and functional specifications into detailed technical requirements, and developing those solutions.Lead global teams to provide technology lifecycle management, architecture design, development, engineering, deployment, and third-tier support. Highly familiar with Information and Asset Protection requirements and Information Security Practices. Considerable knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery methodologies best practices.
