- Prepare Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and Process Description - Delegate piping drafting to generate isometric (3D)- Calculate technical process (mass balance, heat balance, process transfer, process equilibrium) of : Hydraulic, Heating Cooling, Unit Process (pump, heat exchanger, distiller, separator, etc), Optimization System (equipment, module, skid or plant), Upgrading System- Communicate with customer about plant utilities, services consumptions, performance of equipment, skid, module or plant during pre-sales or project phase- Discuss with third party due to standard design, safety device, risk analysis of equipment, module, skid or plant- Coordinate internally with mechanical and automation engineer in all technical aspects- Select, order and verify component specifications appropriate with time frame and budget- Proceed with test, commissioning and qualification (IQ OQ)
