-Handling Ad hoc and Contracts scheduling-Dealing with corporate and residential clients-Managing for both contract and ad hoc sites-Admin support and reports for clients and management-Handling negative feedback with proper action plan

➢ Manage and handle issues related to customers’ requests and complaints. ➢ Ensure that the correct discount and sales have been processed properly. ➢ Maintain overall shop cleanliness and operational functions.➢ Oversee the regular stock-take with the accountant. ➢ Ensure both stock and sales data are updated accordingly. ➢ Participate in regular road-shows and other marketing outreach events.
