Responsible for sales of club memberships and various types of insurance such as auto, home, flood, condo, and renters insurance. Properly underwrite products over long terms with all lines of service to current and future members. Attain targets and goals including 100% Member Service Satisfaction Index over a long term basis.

Responsibilities include the establishment of business offices within the new northern California region, recruiting, testing and training of new hires for state exams, underwriting office and sales management. Also responsible to interview, hire and train more than 400 employees located at various offices throughout California. Interact and report directly with vice president of sales, company president and chief executive officer. Achievements in this position include generating multi-million dollar revenue and I am the recipient of various sales awards
