Senior Enlisted Advisor for the 374th Maintenance Group at Yokota Air Base, Japan, advising the commander on matters involving 627 personnel. I oversee training, resource allocation, morale, and career development. The 374th Maintenance Group maintains 14 C-130J, 3 C-12J, and 4 UH-1N aircraft for various missions, including intra-theater airlift, deployments, training, contingencies, POW/MIA repatriation, bilateral engagements, and humanitarian support across the Pacific Command theater. They also support ACC RQ-4 operations and conduct isochronal inspections for AFSOC CV-22 and MC-130J aircraft.

Dyess Air Force Base, Texas

Primary advisor to the Commander concerning force utilization, readiness, training, career progression, and quality of life for 565 Airmen, spanning 11 different career field specialties. I also oversaw a 37-man contract field team performing organizational-level maintenance. Our squadron provided 33 B-1B aircraft for the 28th, 9th and 489th Bomb Squadrons, 77th Weapons Squadron and the 337th Test Squadron worth over $10.8B.

Geilenkirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Performed duties as Superintendent, NATO AWACS Aircraft Maintenance Unit, United States Air Force Element (AFELM), NATO Air Base Geilenkirchen, Germany. I supervised 95 international military and civilian personnel working in 9 work centers maintaining NATO E-3A aircraft worth 4.7 billion dollars. Directed all electronic system maintenance for aircraft upgrades and modifications. Additionally, I overseas maintenance on high-fidelity flight training simulators valued at 20 million dollars.

As a Senior Maintenance Advisor in an Active Associate Squadron with the Alabama Air National Guard (AL ANG), I oversaw a team of 307 personnel from both the Active Duty and Air National Guard components. My role was pivotal in providing comprehensive leadership and guidance to a diverse group of 89 individuals spanning across 15 different Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs). This multifaceted responsibility extended to the support and maintenance oversight of nine KC-135 aircraft, collectively valued at $495 million.My duties extended beyond traditional maintenance advisement, as I served as a key advisor to the Maintenance Group Commander (MXG/CC) on various critical matters. I actively engaged in addressing personnel issues, enhancing morale, and ensuring the welfare and quality of life for our team members. My role also entailed coordinating and formulating policies aimed at optimizing mission success for the Total Force Associate (TFA) mission.Furthermore, I excelled in resolving intricate maintenance challenges by fostering seamless collaboration between active duty and Air National Guard processes. My ability to eliminate conflicting maintenance issues through effective coordination with leadership significantly contributed to the operational efficiency of the squadron, reinforcing its commitment to mission success.
