Richard Lloyd leads Encirc Beverages as Managing Director, using 20 years of experience in the global FMCG industry to deliver an industry-leading service to a diverse customer base, including most of the Top 10 wine brands in the UK.  Prior to becoming Managing Director of Encirc Beverages Richard was the driving force behind the award-winning The Park site from its inception. He is recognised throughout the industry for creating dynamic operational platforms by deploying the Lean methodology to transform the entirety of the supply chain from customer to supplier. Richard has featured heavily in leading publications as a voice for the industry, reporting on its performance, forecasting future trends, and finding solutions to coming challenges. He has represented the UK manufacturing on the world stage with the European Union and Japanese Government to share best practice. Richard has been voted one of the top 25 most influential leaders in UK manufacturing.
