Set up an urban or rural community land trust to acquired existing or new build homes.2. Tenants rent their home from the land trust and pay a fair and affordable rent.3. Tenants can also buy shares in their home, one share at a time, when they can afford.4. The more shares they own, the less rent to pay.5. Friends and family can also buy gift shares to help tenants increase ownership.6. 10% of rent received is converted into gift shares and gifted back to the tenants.7.
