My broad duties as a project manager included planning and estimating project costs, directing company staff and subcontractors to fulfill project requirements, site supervision and report completion.During my seven years, I participated in the completion of hundreds of environmental projects including Environmental Site Assessments, underground fuel storage tank decommissioning programs, asbestos audits and removal, decommissioning of waste water lagoons, and filing of Ministry of Environment’s Record(s) of Site Condition.DML’s environmental reports have been accepted by financial institutions such as the Royal Bank of Canada, Meridian Trust, TD Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia and many more.

I was responsible for creating well-thought out lesson plans which would engage the students while also helping them to learn English.Throughout my time, I had several co-workers who worked under me who were non-native English speakers.
