I have been appointed as the Head of Professional Standards at KPMG, ensuring the firm's and our teams' compliance with all relevant professional standards required of us by our regulators and the general public.Until 2023 I was a Director in KPMG’s South West & Wales audit practice based in Cardiff and had a wide range of client in a number of sectors in both South Wales & the South West. My client portfolio ranged from large global groups operating in the aviation industry, B2B manufacturing, media companies, PFI entities and everything in between, working with some of KPMG's most high-profile clients and with colleagues across the globe.I continue work closely with colleagues in all of KPMG's service lines and play a key role in performance appraisal and coaching of my teams, along with wider business development for the firm. As a leader in a regional office, I am responsible for leading change programmes, embedding new ways of working and all financial aspects of the portfolio I look after.
