I am an enterprise software entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience starting up and building effective enterprise software sales operations in Japan / Asia-Pacific, and have deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Software Security and Enterprise Software Project Management. I have been primarily focused on helping launch and manage Asia-Pacific / Japan sales operations for North American software ERP, Supply Chain and Software Security firms. My experience includes launching and/or turnaround work at:- Kinaxis and webplan (Supply Chain Planning)- Arxan Software (Software Security)- Fortify Software (Software Security)- JD Edwards (ERP)- SSA (BPCS ERP)I also established two supply chain software sales and services start up firms on my own in Hong Kong (& Singapore) and Japan, and successfully led both firms to acquisition.In my 15+ years with Kinaxis, I have taken on several different roles, including the initial launch of Asia-Pacific / Japan operations and US West area sales.I have lived in Japan for 10 years, in Hong Kong for 4 years, and in Korea for 5 years, which has helped me develop a deep respect for local cultures and business practices across the region, and I have conversational level Japanese language abilities.I hold a Master of International Management degree from The Thunderbird School of Global Management, plus BA and BS degrees from the University of Illinois.
