Over 21 years of Retail experience in big box retail. Current- Leading all Process initiatives for Food & Beverage operations for the total chain (1900+ stores). Additionally my team is responsible for all of our food service operations in Cafes/Pizza Hut stores. This scope also includes full operational responsibility for our 1,750 Starbucks stores and all fresh operations in our 250 + Super Targets. 2017-2021 Responsible for 78 stores total Food operations to include Starbucks operations for stores in the North East. Successful results in total store operations,customer service experience. Effective leader driving positive P&L results by managing SG&A lines to reduce overall operational expenses. Instrumental in improving process to maximize associate operational efficiencies increasing overall organizational productivity while working to reduce labor costs.
