I entered the Electronic and ICT services industry some 30 + years ago; starting at an entry level and later evolving into a high end consultant and systems engineer, running my own businesses, delivering ICT services globally.This incredible journey has afforded me some unique perspectives on these sectors and I’m still amazed and passionate about the incredible rate at which technology evolves with each passing moment.I witnessed first-hand, as a support engineer, the transition from analogue systems to digital, the advent of the internet throughout NZ and the world, and the impact and changes that modern technology has had on businesses, communities and even the people who use it.One thing I found I was really good at was finding solutions to problems, thinking with a 360 degree view and resolving issues extremely quickly.I also witnessed first-hand the toll this industry can have on the support teams and the impact it can have to one’s health and sanity and often thought “There must be a better way of doing this…”With this passion I created DELTA and with my team designed a global intelligence framework; I fondly refer to as MOTHER, to help my fellow Systems Engineers, Sys Admin, the industry and businesses alike with ICT Support Services.Today DELTA has developed and is setting new standards in MaaS (Monitoring as a Service) and I’m still as passionate now, as when I first started, about this incredible industry...Specialties include: ICT Solutions Monitoring and Security, Server Architecture and Business Systems Integration, Solutions Development and most importantly, being passionate about my chosen vocation:0)
